📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end sales process for ACV 18K–25K USD.
  • Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new logos.
  • Lead consultative, value-driven talks with VP and C-level.
  • Build and execute territory plans to open new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Marketing to accelerate pipeline.
  • Forecast and manage deals with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–8 years in B2B SaaS/Software sales with new logo focus.
  • 2+ years outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation.
  • 2–3 years managing the EMEA region.
  • Knowledge of MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Consultative Selling.
  • Quotas achieved in $500K–$700K range (new business).
  • President’s Club or Top Performer a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, discovery, and presentation.
  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders and manage complex deal cycles.
