Senior Account Executive (m/w/d) - Automotive

📋 Description

• Develop strategic relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and partners.
• Identify, qualify, and advance high-value sales opportunities inbound/outbound.
• Engage with engineering, product, IT, and exec stakeholders to uncover needs.
• Position enterprise solutions by communicating business value and differentiation.
• Create and execute account strategies to expand adoption and partnerships.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success selling complex enterprise software/engineering tech to automotive OEMs/Tier1.
• Strong network in automotive engineering, software, digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of requirements mgmt, systems engineering, ALM, PLM.
• Consultative and value-based sales to exec stakeholders.
• Ability to manage long, multi-decision-maker sales cycles.
• English fluency; German valued.
