📋 Description

• Conduct market research to identify growth areas and trends
• Develop and implement strategic business plans
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals
• Achieve revenue targets by generating and converting leads

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales/BizDev, ideally Tech/SaaS
• Native Italian and fluent English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution
• Strong understanding of European market dynamics, esp. Italy
• Proficient in CRM and sales tracking tools
