Senior Account Executive & Sales Lead, IT Services Staffing

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director of IT Services to develop and execute business growth initiatives and
• Lead, coach, and support one or two direct reports while maintaining individual business
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector markets
• Re-engage former clients, strengthen relationships with warm prospects, and convert dormant
• Generate and qualify job orders while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline across strategic target
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, organizational charts, stakeholder maps, pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT staffing, professional services, recruitment, or
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and revenue generation within
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching colleagues in sales or client-facing environments.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, including the ability to engage senior
• Proven experience negotiating contracts, service agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to use market intelligence and industry trends to identify
