Execute integrated communications strategies for earned and paid influencer campaigns
Produce and edit materials including creative briefs, talent contracts, client memos, and briefing
Monitor news cycles for daily breaks and pop culture moments for influencer partnerships
Partner with senior leaders to achieve deliverables for a roster of 4–6 clients
Assist in planning and executing talent-focused events and influencer activations
Mentor and train junior staff

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience in talent and influencer relations
Deep awareness of trends across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Fast, persuasive, and detail-oriented writing skills
High EQ and situational awareness
Exceptional organizational skills
Driven to exceed expectations
