Senior Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with Cognite's most valuable customers
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors
• Align Cognite activities with the customer's business case to deliver value
• Drive expansions and renewals for assigned accounts
• Develop value roadmaps and account plans for customer outcomes
• Collaborate with Sales to close upsell/cross-sell opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading customer engagements as an Account Manager
• SaaS experience; Data Platforms; Oil & Gas background
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proven track record selling at C-Level (business and IT)
• Experience with Salesforce, MEDDPICC, and Clari
• Experience with channel partners and high-growth scale-ups
