Senior Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients independently with focus on large clients
• Support campaigns through the whole lifecycle
• Ensure client satisfaction and high retention
• Regular performance reporting to clients and QBR presentations for large clients
• Negotiate business terms and upsell
• Mentor junior colleagues in campaign management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in account management, managing large clients
• Experience in e-commerce and/or retargeting
• Persuasive communication; negotiations and presentations
• Some experience developing others would be an asset
• Strong problem solving and quantitative skills; advanced Excel
• Advanced English
