📋 Description

• Senior LTC claims expert, client-facing, overseeing strategic initiatives, reviews, audits, and
• Advise clients on claim adjudication, medical impairment, and industry best practices.
• Lead complex, high-value claims with advanced clinical, contractual, legal, or administrative
• Assess risks, fraud indicators, liability concerns, and provide leadership with actionable
• Lead external audits, prepare reports, and follow up on findings; develop client training resources.
• Build strong client relationships and analyze claim trends to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of LTC claim adjudication experience
• Experience managing client-facing responsibilities and presenting recommendations
• Experience leading external claim audits and audit reporting
• Strong knowledge of direct LTC claims operations and management practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
