Identify and onboard new merchants across industries (QR payments, e-wallets)
Build strong relationships with existing merchants to drive volume and retention
Negotiate MDRs, terms, and service agreements
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Ops for onboarding and integration
Serve as main contact for merchant queries and escalations
Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years in merchant acquisition or key account management (fintech/payments)
Proven sales or account management experience in fintech/payments/financial services
Strong negotiation, communication, and Mandarin-speaking relationship skills
Data analysis to identify actionable insights for account growth
Familiarity with remittance, payment gateways, digital wallets; Web3 a plus
