📋 Description

• Drive brand growth by assessing GMV potential and fulfillment contracts.
• Translate brand goals into actionable steps; inspire teams to execute strategy.
• Own account health by monitoring on-time delivery, inventory, CS, forecasting, sales.
• Forge relationships with leaders; lead communications; deliver projects.
• Deliver brand reporting with actionable recommendations; lead calls and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker; fluent English; translate with Mandarin brands.
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, PM, or Client Services.
• 5–6+ years managing ecommerce clients with >$20M annual net sales.
• Thrives in fast-paced env; engages with client leaders from C-level to teams.
• Strong independent/team mgmt; problem-solving, writing, speaking, presenting; timely results.
