📋 Description

• Develop and implement customized service plans that address client objectives, employee benefits
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with middle-market clients through proactive
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business, workforce, benefits strategy, and
• Provide expertise on employee health and benefits programs, including self-funded arrangements and
• Negotiate contracts and coverage terms with carriers, providers, and other relevant partners.
• Lead renewal meetings and manage the renewal process from analysis through implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant insurance experience, particularly within employee benefits, applicable
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to interpret complex self-funded health and
• Proven experience negotiating contracts, leading renewal meetings, and presenting during open
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience creating detailed analyses and client-facing
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience navigating
