Senior Account Manager, Nordics&Benelux

📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of large, strategic accounts across specific industries and/or geographies
• Develop and execute account plans that deepen relationships, expand share of wallet, and secure
• Manage the full sales cycle for key accounts, from initial contact through order placement, and
• Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders at key accounts throughout
• Acquire new strategic accounts and build a robust opportunity pipeline in target industries and
• Convert incoming warm leads and develop them into long-term account relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales or account management, with a proven track record managing and growing large or
• Demonstrated success developing and executing account plans, expanding key relationships, and
• Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, or injection molding is a major advantage
• Genuine enjoyment of sales and account management activities, acting as a trusted advisor to
• IT and digitalization enthusiast, comfortable using modern technologies and software
• Readiness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment
