Senior Account Manager (Project Operations & Client Relationships)

📋 Description

• Own key client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, attention to detail
• Independently manage ongoing client accounts and projects, coordinating communication, timelines
• Lead and manage Account Managers or Account Executives by setting clear direction, reviewing work
• Coordinate creative talent based on project requirements, evaluating quality, fit, availability
• Lead the development of proposals, scopes, project plans, and solutions based on client
• Own pricing discussions, commercial decisions, and project solutioning while maintaining strong

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in agency environments, particularly across account management
• Current or recent experience as a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager, Account Director, or in an
• Proven experience managing and developing teams through coaching, delegation, performance
• Strong track record of managing client relationships end to end, including relationships with
• Strong domain experience across design, video, content, and broader creative services.
