Senior Account Manager, Retail Media

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of enterprise retail media partners end-to-end, building trusted relationships and
• Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business, objectives, challenges, and advertising
• Lead onboarding and enablement for new retail partners, including training on campaign tooling
• Drive adoption of additional advertising placements and new product capabilities by clearly
• Monitor partner KPIs and advertising performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate
• Build and maintain regular feedback loops with partners, providing Product teams with insights that

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or a related field, with experience in ad tech
• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise advertising solutions and partner relationships
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand, communicate, and explain complex product
• Strong data-analysis skills, with the ability to interpret partner KPI data, identify meaningful
• Experience working with billing, invoicing, revenue reconciliation, and related financial workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information

• Base salary range of CAD $151,000–$159,500, depending on permanent work location, experience
