📋 Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic NA accounts for retention and growth.
  • Build executive and day-to-day relationships to strengthen loyalty.
  • Drive net dollar retention through expansion, renewals, and product use.
  • Understand each customer’s business, priorities, and needs to shape strategy.
  • Expand relationships by proposing solutions that unlock more value.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS account management for enterprise customers.
  • Proven quota attainment with strong customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to boost product usage.
  • Cross-functional work with AEs, Solutions Eng, Support, Product, and Eng.
  • Experience using analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.
  • Familiar with MEDDIC, Winning by Design, or Challenger methodologies.
