📋 Description

• Drive merchant performance through proactive outreach and data insights
• Identify growth opportunities: upsell, pricing, new countries, channels
• Improve portfolio profitability with business and financial analyses
• Prevent merchant churn by monitoring trends and competitor activity
• Support international growth with French and international merchants
• Build smarter ways of working: improve processes, reporting, automation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in account management, business development, or sales
• Experience managing strategic B2B accounts
• Strong interest in fintech and payment products
• Comfortable analyzing business and financial data
• Autonomous, organized, handles challenging client conversations
• Fluent in French and English
