Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle - invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing
• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including the close calendar and
• Support and maintain the monthly consolidation schedules.
• Prepare analytics and supporting schedules for the month-end close review.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and reclassifications.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or high-growth company experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals.
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks or Ramp is a plus.
