Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle: GL, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting.
• Reconcile cash across distributed digital kiosks; resolve discrepancies.
• Support digital asset transactions accounting across kiosks, OTC, online, wallets.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in high-transaction environment.
• Oversee AP/AR, expense management, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with compliance on regulatory reporting as a licensed money services business.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years accounting experience supporting US-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting in high-volume, multi-location settings.
• Strong knowledge of GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Experience making quick, accurate financial decisions in fast-growth environments.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or money services is a plus.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or comparable cloud accounting software; comfortable with Google
