Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Maintain audit-ready financial records for multiple clients.
• Deliver work on time per client requirements; respond to questions.
• Manage workloads across many clients and proactively communicate with AVL team.
• Perform general accounting: GL, fixed assets, accruals, payroll.
• Handle AR, AP, invoicing, revenue recognition, and expense reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial packages and assist CFO with forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of solid accounting experience.
• Full cycle accounting experience.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills across multiple clients.
• Accounting degree desired; CPA designation a plus.
• QuickBooks (and other ERP) experience; strong Excel skills.
