Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Full-cycle accounting across high-volume, multi-channel operations
• Reconcile cash and transactions across a large network of digital kiosks
• Support digital asset accounting and regulatory considerations
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and other teams to resolve discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-volume, multi-location environments
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Experience making informed financial decisions in fast-growing contexts with high accuracy
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or money services is a strong plus
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or comparable cloud-based software
