Become responsible for day-to-day accounting needs
Review reconciliations, answer questions, and coach junior team members through month-end
Prepare monthly financial statements, reconcile credit cards, monitor expenses
Improve financial reporting processes
Prepare CRA/IRS/VAT cross-border direct and indirect tax filings and working papers
Handle multi-entity consolidation

🎯 Requirements

Proven ability to excel at day-to-day accounting functions
5+ years of accounting experience in an eCommerce environment
Comfortable with budgeting and forecasting
Ability to quickly assume responsibility for day-to-day accounting
Ability to lead by example
Experience with CRA/IRS/VAT cross-border tax filings and working papers
