Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Support month-end close with journal entries (payroll, 401(k), depreciation).
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations incl. Bill.com and fixed assets.
• Coordinate fixed asset records with IT and maintain the asset register.
• Ensure depreciation calculations and related entries align with policies.
• Maintain cash burn, rate calculations, and expense classifications.
• Support procurement reviews and intercompany transactions for the US entity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CA Inter or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and MS Excel (advanced).
• Experience with statutory audits, tax filings, and monthly close.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; able to work across time zones.
