Own portions of month-end close: journals, reconciliations, assets
Develop, implement accounting policies and enhance existing ones
Support audits and financial reporting requests
Perform monthly variance analysis in business context
Collaborate with accounting, FP&A and cross-functional teams to automate processes
Work with Controller on corporate accounting matters and ad hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

3+ years accounting experience; public or high-growth company preferred
CPA or active CPA candidate
Strong US GAAP knowledge; research and communicate technical issues
Experience developing scalable, efficient, controlled processes
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and drives results
Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
