Perform month-end and year-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations.
Lead portions of month-end close and support timely financial reporting.
Prepare financial reports, analyses, and variance explanations.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Collaborate cross-functionally on revenue/expense accruals and fluctuations.
Coordinate external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or MBA preferred
3-6 years of progressive accounting experience
GAAP and financial analysis knowledge
ERP systems experience (NetSuite or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
