📋 Description

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for manufacturing and distribution operations.
  • Own General Ledger, month-end close, AP, AR, and financial reporting.
  • Handle customer billing, cash application, and reconciliations.
  • Manage vendor deposits, prepaids, pass-through, inventory accounting.
  • Ensure internal controls and US GAAP compliance; partner with Ops/Sales/Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3–5 years progressive accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, and month-end close.
  • Experience with vendor/customer deposits, prepaid expenses, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • ERP systems experience (ECI M1 preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
