Prepare and post monthly close journal entries (payroll, accruals, depreciation)
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations (fixed assets, Bill.com, inventory)
Record and reconcile fixed assets; maintain asset register
Ensure depreciation calculations and timing align with policy
Maintain cash burn reports and operating cost classifications
Communicate with global finance teams, leadership, and external consultants

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CA Inter preferred
5-7 years accounting experience
Strong understanding of US GAAP is a plus
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and MS Excel (advanced)
Experience in statutory audits, tax filings, and monthly close
Ability to work independently and across functions/time zones
