Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Own core pieces of month-end close, multistate tax compliance, AR/AP, and balance sheet
• Support revenue recognition, deferred revenue under ASC 606
• Coordinate multistate tax filings and the annual audit
• Complete assigned close tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and amortization schedules
• Prepare draft monthly financial statements and variance explanations
• Prepare monthly lender and management reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or as a Senior
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Accounting or Taxation is a plus
• Strong command of US GAAP, especially ASC 606 revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and
• Hands-on experience with a cloud ERP, ideally Certinia (FinancialForce) or NetSuite, including ERP
• Proficient in Excel
• Comfortable using AI and automation tools
