Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare month-end close journal entries and accruals
• Reconcile cash accounts and produce cash reporting
• Own fixed asset accounting; review capex and asset register
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and related assets
• Review Coupa purchase requisitions from accounting
• Support variance analysis and actual vs budget reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and month-end close
• Experience with accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and PivotTables
• Dynamics 365 Business Central and Coupa experience is a plus
