Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Austrian GAAP (UGB)
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
• Support regulatory and financial reporting for Austrian and European entities
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, outsourced accounting providers, and regulatory stakeholders
• Drive automation, process improvement, and ERP workflow enhancements
• Collaborate with Treasury, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations on finance matters

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years accounting, audit, or financial reporting in fintech/crypto
• Strong knowledge of Austrian GAAP (UGB) and financial reporting
• Experience with audits, financial statements, reconciliations, regulatory reporting
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• English fluency; German is a plus
