Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger and month-end close
• Reconcile cash across a large, distributed network of kiosks
• Support digital asset accounting (crypto, wallets, OTC)
• Ensure accuracy in high-volume, multi-location operations
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expenses, vendor relations
• Collaborate with compliance for regulatory reporting as a licensed money services business

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience supporting U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred
• Full-cycle accounting experience in high-transaction, multi-location environments
• Strong GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting knowledge
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency/digital assets; industry experience a plus
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online; comfort with Google Sheets/Docs/Drive, Slack, Zoom
• Fluent in English; strong communication and remote collaboration skills
