Oversees and coordinates all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting and
Guides subordinates to achieve Finance goals.
Preparation of Financial Reports (FS Sched, Variance Analysis).
Check/review tasks and reports of subordinates (Vouchers, Reports & FS Schedules, Filing to
New Joiner: Finance Orientation and opening of BDO payroll accounts.
Accounts Receivable: IC Recon and AR schedule.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Five or more years of experience in General Accounting.
CPA License is an advantage.
Good Communication Skills.
