Coordinate and lead the monthly closing, reporting and consolidation process
Support Operating Companies with internal accounting and finance needs
Coordinate and assist with audit requests and internal control and GAAP compliance for US Audit
Identify and address complex financial issues
Implement and maintain consistent accounting practices across portfolio companies
Ensure timely and accurate month-end accounting closes for portfolio companies

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required
3-5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
Public accounting or corporate accounting experience required
Solid understanding of US GAAP compliance
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel
Previous experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Business Central preferred
