Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy.
Assist FP&A team with business partnering and forecasting.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Manage reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet accounts and tax payments.
Collaborate with IT to enhance financial systems and automate processes.
Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required.
3-5 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, SUMIFS, modeling).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Experience with broker-dealer regulatory reporting preferred.
Big 4/top 10 accounting firm experience highly preferred.
