Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Run month-end and quarter-end close with journals, reconciliations, accruals.
• Own day-to-day accounting: AR/AP, ensuring nothing slips.
• Support internal controls, GAAP, and audits as key contact.
• Collaborate with VP of Finance on reporting and cross-functional analysis.
• Work from the Boulder office five days a week with the Exec team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in accounting with full close exposure; startup preferred
• Solid US GAAP knowledge suitable for audit
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred
• Experience handling external audits
• Self-starter; able to work independently
