Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of
• Prepare financial reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership, including detailed
• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules, proactively identifying and resolving
• Partner with FP&A to align accounting results, ensuring consistency between actuals, forecasts
• Lead or support process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline month-end and
• Build and use AI agents to automate daily activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a mix of Big 4 public accounting and/or
• Strong understanding of US GAAP - familiarity with FASB ASC standards, and comfortable doing some
• Hands-on, detail-oriented accountant with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage
• Process-oriented and curious, with an interest in leveraging AI, automation, and systems to improve
• Experience working cross-functionally to align accounting processes with business operations and
