Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Guide and support the bookkeeping team through daily operations, reconciliations, month-end
• Coordinate with finance team members to assist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting in
• Analyze and report on financial and operational metrics.
• Build and improve internal financial processes to enhance efficiency and maintain strong control
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders during the implementation of a new ERP

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation required
• 3+ years of experience in analytical accounting or finance; public accounting experience is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a bias to action
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

• Salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually plus stock options
