Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and document journal entries in accordance with GAAP and company policies
• Own and help optimize the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support the development and enhancement of internal financial reporting and reporting distribution
• Assist with the annual financial statement audit by preparing supporting documentation and
• Coordinate with the parent company on tax documentation and information requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within financial services
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while working independently in a remote
