Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Independently own key areas of the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries
• Support accounting across a multi-entity environment, including intercompany activity
• Apply strong accounting judgment to investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting workflows and strengthen controls
• Use NetSuite/OneWorld functionality, automation, AI, and other tools to streamline accounting
• Partner with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to understand process needs and recommend

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite/OneWorld in a multi-entity environment
• Experience identifying and implementing accounting process improvements
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating across teams and communicating requirements
