Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Own month-end close with journal entries, flux analysis, balance sheet and cash reconciliations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements for management and investors
• Manage general corporate accounting: prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, leases, stock-based comp
• Oversee AR, AP, and T&E; review and approve vendor bills and cash receipts
• Support external audits and maintain internal controls and process docs
• Assist ERP implementation with data migration and post-go-live optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; 5+ years progressive accounting
• 2–3 years in industry corporate accounting; full close cycle under US GAAP
• Generalist with ability to own multiple accounting areas independently
• Experience prepping financial statements for management/investors; support audits
• Excel proficient; hands-on with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite or similar ERP
• Interest in AI tools and automating manual processes; CPA or CPA-eligible a plus
