📋 Description

  • Manage AR and AP in Bill.com
  • Use Salesforce for client and vendor billing
  • Run AP AR month-end reports
  • Reconcile bank accounts with QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financials (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet)
  • Manage cash flow and other financial metrics

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
  • Understanding CRM software and AR/AP basics
  • Experience with Bill.com is beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
