Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Take ownership of an allocated portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting and
• Prepare financial statements, management accounts and related accounting deliverables in accordance
• Review client accounting deliverables, including bank and investment reconciliations, supporting
• Prepare and review VAT returns and provide accounting guidance across a range of client
• Build trusted relationships with clients, providing professional support and contributing to a
• Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of financial statement

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional accounting qualification, or equivalent expertise developed
• Experience preparing and reviewing client accounts, financial statements and management accounts
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, with exposure to UK GAAP or other relevant accounting frameworks
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience supporting colleagues through coaching, technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
