Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and post journal entries across fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, AP and cash.
• Own month-end reconciliations for balance sheet accounts; resolve variances.
• Support monthly/quarterly close; identify opportunities to compress the timeline.
• Manage AP end-to-end: invoice coding, approvals, and payment runs.
• Partner with department heads for accurate expense coding and policy compliance.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience (public + industry preferred).
• CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred.
• Hands-on GL accounting across fixed assets, prepaids, AP, cash.
• Experience with system implementation or migration.
• Comfortable in ambiguity; fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with Campfire ERP and Ramp.
