📋 Description

• Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and best in class accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee high-volume daily refinance loan transactions and own daily bank reconciliations.
• Own end-to-end Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) analysis, capitalization journal entries, and
• Lead accounting onboarding for new lenders, making sure systems, approval routing, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA strongly preferred.
• 3-6 years experience in progressive accounting roles with a preference for public accounting and/or
• Experience with modern accounting software required, with a preference for experience with NetSuite.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with an understanding of US GAAP and ability to document
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
