Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage full accounting cycle: GL, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting.
• Reconcile cash across digital kiosks; investigate discrepancies.
• Support digital asset accounting across kiosk sales, OTC, online, wallets.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in a high-volume environment.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, vendor relations.
• Collaborate with compliance for regulatory reporting as a licensed money services business.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience for U.S.-based companies; CPA preferred.
• Full-cycle accounting in high-volume, multi-location settings.
• Strong knowledge of GL, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based software.
• Familiar with cryptocurrency/digital assets or money services is a plus.
• English fluency with ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
