Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and post general ledger journals in accordance with accounting policies and reporting
• Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of ledger balances across assigned entities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve
• Support timely month-end and year-end closing activities in line with global reporting deadlines.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and other period-end adjustments.
• Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across multiple entities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CA Inter qualification is
• Strong understanding of IFRS and/or applicable local accounting standards.
• Practical knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, period-end adjustments
• Experience working in a multinational organization or Shared Services environment.
• Familiarity with ERP financial systems, with experience using SAP S/4HANA and its FI/CO modules
• Working knowledge of Indian statutory and tax requirements, including GST, TDS, and FLA filings.
