Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations for direct spend.
• Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Partner with GBS, Accounting, Procurement, and vendors.
• Ensure SOX-compliant AP controls and timely processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AP.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience focused on direct spend.
• Experience supporting P2P in shared services/GBS or corporate accounting.
• Strong internal controls, audit support, and SOX-compliant AP operations.
• Hands-on with 3-way match, high-volume invoice processing, payments.
• Month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations.
• ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
