Senior Accountant - (Australian Accounting Experience)

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across four Xero files and associated entities.
• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, coding, and payment records.
• Complete accurate bank, balance-sheet, and transaction reconciliations.
• Reconcile software licensing and vendor charges against corresponding customer billing.
• Review existing Xero files, identify discrepancies, and coordinate required corrections.
• Standardise financial coding, descriptions, naming conventions, and record-keeping practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance administration.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Experience maintaining accurate financial records and completing reconciliations across multiple
• Working knowledge of Australian GST, BAS, payroll, and taxation requirements relevant to
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial reports and data.
• Ability to review historical records, identify discrepancies, and improve financial data quality.
