📋 Description

  • Prepare and post monthly close journal entries (payroll, 401k, expenses)
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and clear accounts
  • Coordinate fixed assets with IT; maintain fixed asset register
  • Ensure depreciation accuracy and asset records
  • Maintain cash burn reports and expense classifications
  • Support vendor cost reviews and spend optimization

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CA Inter or Indian qual preferred
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge a plus
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel (advanced)
  • Experience with statutory audits, tax filings, and monthly close
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and across time zones
