Own payroll, A/P, and month-end close entries and reconciliations
Manage General Ledger and post journal entries per GAAP
Complete month-end close; reconcile accruals, prepaids, leases, depreciation, and debt
Run bi-weekly payroll process
Identify opportunities to automate and scale processes and reporting
Document and monitor internal controls; assist with internal audits

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Active CPA designation preferred
5+ years accounting experience with strong GL and month-end close
Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software
Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, PivotTables
Experience reviewing lease agreements and ASC 842
