Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Own the full general ledger and monthly close end-to-end.
• Deliver P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports by close deadlines.
• Manage reconciliations, deductions, inventory, AR, and reporting.
• Maintain a clean chart of accounts and class tracking structure.
• Ensure financial statements are accurate, reviewable, and audit-ready.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle accounting and operations experience.
• Month-end close, reconciliations, AR management, and reporting.
• Retail/ecommerce/inventory-based business experience.
• Inventory accounting, landed costs, and margin analysis.
• Retail deductions, chargebacks, short pays, and recovery.
• QuickBooks, Bill.com, Shopify and related tools proficiency.
